Start, Stop or Move Your Service

Procedure of Start, Stop and Moving

  • *If you’re moving, schedule an appointment to start, stop, or transfer your service to a new location up to a week before you move. We ask for 5-7 days notice so we can schedule a crew member to visit your home and physically turn your service on or off.
  • *We might not able to meet your request with your short notice.

New Customers / Moving into New Place

■ Start New Service

To start new service, you will need a safety inspection (about 30 min) and a contract.
* You will need to attend a safety inspection.

* Please start an electricity service before a safety inspection. If an electricity service was not started before an inspection, you would not use the gas service.

■ Information for Application

・Customer (Contractor) Name
・Address
・Telephone Number (or Mobile Number)
・Planned Moving Date
・Preferred Date & Time for the Service Start
・Contact Number (Home Phone or Mobile)
・Billing & Payment (Credit Card or Automatic Bank Transfer)

■ Need for Contract

・Gas Appliance
・Stamp for the Bank Account
・Deposit: 10,000 JPY

*We require you 10,000 JPY as a deposit. We will offset it with the final payment and transfer the left to your bank account.

■ Moving from Town Gas Area

Gas appliances for Town Gas cannot be used for LP Gas. If you wanted to use the appliances, you have to adjust them to LP Gas.
We offer you new gas appliances at reasonable price.

Stop the Service / Moving Out of the Place

■ Information for Application

・Name of Contractors(name of attendant if not a contractor)
・Address
・Telephone Number (or Mobile Number)
・Planned Moving Out Date
・Preferred Date & Time for the Service Stop
・Contact Number (Home Phone or Mobile)
・New Address after the Moving Out
・Billing & Payment for the Last Month

■ Need to Stop the Service

・Payment for the Last Month (for a customer with non credit card or automatic bank transfer payment)
・Stamp for the Bank Account
・deposit receipt if deposit had been paid

*Please attend to stop the gas service. We will offset the deposit with the final payment and pay back the left to you or transfer it to your bank account.
